Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all Photography Services provided by BCC Networks & Hosting, Inc.(DBA - 360° Virtual Tours)

1. BCC Networks & Hosting, Inc. requires payment in full before a property can be photographed. Payment must be made by cash, check , money order or credit card which can be paid via email once we have sent your invoice or given to the photographer.

2. If the client calls the photographer and cancels with at least 24 hours notice, there will be no charge.

3. There will be no charge for tours that are cancelled based on extreme conditions such as flood, fire, earthquake, death, etc.

4. All cancelations must be made within 12 hours of the agreed-upon scheduled appointment time. There will be a $50 charge to the client if the appointent is canceled afterwards.

5. All scheduled appointments are expected to take place on time. If client does not meet photographer within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, there will be a $35 late charge to the client.

6. If client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, there will be a $65 charge.

7. Once photographer is on site, the virtual tour cannot be cancelled or postponed. This will constitute a $50 charge.

8. The BCC Networks & Hosting, Inc. photographer will shoot the site as is. The photographer will not be expected to move objects, straighten or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc. The photographer will however turn on or off lights or open or shut blinds in an attempt to achieve a better image quality.

9. The virtual tour completion takes approximately 2-3 business days from the day the property is photographed.

10. If the client is unsatisfied with the quality of the tour we must be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of your proof. At that time our processing department will review the tour. Once it is reviewed and necessary changes are made a second proof will be issued to the client. Any further changes not mentioned in the first request, will constitute a charge of $25 per hour. After 48 hours the tour will be considered to be approved and completed.
